About Us

Built on love, guided by purpose

Hearts of Love was founded on a simple belief: every individual, regardless of ability, deserves a safe, nurturing place to grow, belong, and thrive.

How We Started

Our Story

Hearts of Love began as a response to a real and pressing need — families across Ontario were searching for compassionate, structured support for their loved ones with disabilities, and finding too few options that truly felt like home.

We set out to build something different. A place where participants are known by name, where routines provide comfort and structure, and where every small achievement is celebrated. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted community resource, supporting youth and adults with a wide range of disabilities and the families who love them.

Our team brings together dedicated professionals who share a common commitment: to show up every day with patience, warmth, and genuine care for the people we serve.

What Drives Us
